Q: How long will it take to get my order?
Normal delivery time is 4-5 business days for printing plus shipping time. Please allow a total of 10 business days, from the placement of your order, for the product to arrive at your doorstep in Canada. If shipping is required out of Canada please allow an additional 5-10 business days. If you choose the pick-up option, your order should be available within 3-4 days of placing your order we will send you an email when it is ready for pick-up. Please note that peak seasons may require an extra day or two of production or shipping time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
We can make arrangements for shipments to go anywhere that Canada Post ships. Please contact us directly at 888-663-1166 or 250-338-6364 for delivery charges on international shipments.

Q: I am getting a resolution warning in the software. Will my Gallery Wrap look ok?
The software may give you a warning if your photo is small or your resolution is low. These are suggested thresholds only and our equipment can provide exellent quality at much lower resolutions. The quality and sharpness of the original photo is the determiing factor. We will contact you if we determine the image resolution is too low to provide an excellent quality product.

Q: What can I do to make my order look it's best?
The products that look the best are those using high quality sharp, clean images. The software will warn you of images that are below the recommended 150DPI. If the resolution is over 150 your printed work will look great. From 120 to 150 it will look good, 100-120 still acceptable, but not the best. Gallery wraps are the exception to this and we can provide excellent quality for gallery wraps at 100DPI, (and at times even lower) we will advise you if a gallery wrap is too low in resolution to produce an excellent product. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions about this.

Q: Do I need to resize the image (if they are larger then 300DPI)?
No. The software will resize the images to fit 300DPI before creating the PDF file and sending to print.

Q: Will I get a confirmation once the order has been shipped?
Yes. You will get a confirmation when the order is received and again when the order has been shipped.

Q: Are there discounts for larger orders?
We do have volume discounts. Please contact us directly for more information.

Q: My order uploaded but my shopping cart did not come up...what happened?
Sometimes security programs installed on your computer will block the opening of the shopping cart for you to complete your payment. There are two solutions to this problem. If you know the program causing the problem, you can disable it for a short period of time. If not, please note the time of your upload and a Job ID if one was provided for you and contact us at 888-663-1166 and we will help you complete your order.

Q: The shopping cart says that I was sent a confirmation e-mail but I haven't received one...will my order be completed?
Normally the e-mail will have been sent but possibly has been caught by a spam filter or some other e-mail security. To confirm your order please contact us with your name, Job ID, and a way to identify the calendar (i.e. cover page description) and we will confirm that we have received your order.
